Vietnamization
It is 1970, and the US has decided to withdraw from Vietnam gradually. To secure the Republic of Vietnam's independence, you must replace US military and financial support by growing your economy and reforming your military. You will have to do this while fighting corruption, Viet Cong guerrillas, and a very well-equipped North Vietnamese army. South Vietnam can follow other Asian nations that are leveraging containerization to power export-led growth. New US weapons can also help check NVA advances. With the right strategy, South Vietnam could survive into the 1980s and become another South Korea or Taiwan.

Bug? the final tutorial message box keeps reappearing and preventing me from playing. I'm on the browser version via chrome.

Hummm....I can not seem to replicate your bug in Chrome.
I looked into it and figured it out. It was mostly on my side. If the save game (that triggers on completing the tutorial) fails, when you enter the "real game" it spawns the tutorial box.
Probably a very niche bug, which only triggers for people who won't be able to save their game anyways.
P.S. I really enjoy these historical simulation board-gamey games.
