The Political War

Russia is wagging a three-front war to destroy Ukraine:  1) relentless artillery barrages on the front lines, 2) cruise missile attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure, and 3) propaganda to undermine international support for Ukrainian military aid.  To win this game, you must find a way to blunt all three of these threats.  Use your spies and online activists to unmask Russian attempts to spread misinformation around the world.

This game is designed to combine the battlefield realities of the Ukraine War with the domestic politics and the diplomacy needed to sustain the Ukrainian war effort.  There is obviously a lot going on behind the scenes to keep Ukraine in the fight, and there are surely secret arms deals and payoffs to backbenchers happening right now.  In other words, this game is a first draft.  Hopefully, we will learn more about this shadow war.  When we do, we will modify the cards, units, and game mechanics appropriately.  Watch this space.
